May 23, 2003

The Fort Worden Lighthouse at the point where the Strait of Juan de Fuca meets Puget Sound. (Fort Worden is where Paramount Pictures filmed AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN). Looking west across the Hood Canal at the snow-capped Olympic Mountains Crossing the Hood Canal Bridge - one of the few floating bridges in the world that spans salt water Lois and Mike at Minerva Beach at the southern end of the Hood Canal. This was our warmest day in a month, in the 70s.
